It's really up to you, I tend to not use it when in the UK, unless I want to stream something which requires a non UK IP address, but that is just a personal choice. Get your prostate checked, its crucial. Got mine checked four weeks ago, early cancer found but at least it was found in time. If you don't go.....

My brother in law had his prostrate gland removed as it was cancerous a few weeks back. If it runs in the family get your finger out and get the doctors finger up.
