You said enough in your first comment to give me a pretty good enough clue to what was going on. you said you 'ate' - went 'cold' and felt better after a 10 minute sleep. I would never have made the connection to Nafld, but once you said it you really diagnosed your own symptoms and people are the best judge of their own illness. I've known enough diabetics in my life to give a valued opinion, maybe you are borderline diabetic and just need to keep an eye on your sugar intake, but that also means eating properly.
My sugar intake is nil in terms of in drinks, biscuits, sweets etc. Carbs from bread etc is the main source and odd bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast

Where i'm coming from is you need to avoid the highs and lows rush, where irregular meals create that imbalance, but you're having breakfast so that's good. Crunchy nut cornflakes is that not full of sugar? I thought bread spiked sugar levels in people that were diabetic.
Yeah CNC is full of sugar that's why I have it occasionally. And yeah bread isn't good for diabetics that's why I mentioned it. Thing is today I ate properly, so breakfast lunch dinner etc. I get what you are saying though so will have to rethink when and what I eat
