No nothing like that. No medications either I would have called/gone to seek medical advice if it was a chest thing. A guy I used to know but hadn't seen for a long time died yesterday from heart attack. Not much older than me. So.no messing with any if those symptoms from me
The fact it passed quickly suggests it was just your body/mind telling you to chill. Get it checked out if you’re worried. With you on the panic attack experience. You really do feel like it’s the end and ultimately it’s because you’ve bottled up the stress for too long. ****ing explosion! Terrifying.
Not wanting to be an amateur psychologist but the amateur psychologist in me thinks that could be ****ing around in the back of your mind. Your subconscious doesn’t tell you what it’s doing it just sends you a message to react.
Not so worried now tbh. But will check it out Yeah the panic attacks thing is next level. Literally makes you curl.up into a ball or like a baby Not sure what the word is but when I learnt what it was I just worked through it and declined all meds etc. I'm like that though, quickly accept and move on.
As sad as it may sound I wasn't overly upset with the news as I hadn't seen or spoken to the fella for about 15 years. But yeah I get what you mean
The Office was decent but pretty much everything since hasn't been great. Except for the two series of An Idiot Abroad which were good but that was down to Pilkington rather than Gervais.
Yeah I like pilkington, gervais tends to ruin the radio shows etc with him in. He is like the person who shouts out the punchline before someone has finished telling it Never really got into the office, was just to busy at the time. Just watched odd episodes and they were of funny
