http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-43424172 Topman released a t-shirt based on a Bob Marley song but it has been withdrawn after complaints from the families of the victims of the Hillsborough disaster. I wanted to find out what year George Michael's 'Older' long-player was released, but I couldn't publish my findings due to the release date being 199* (edit) The Stranglers (Band) have had to withdraw a song of theirs after it was discovered that '9* Tears' no longer belongs to them. A Topman statement said: "The design was inspired by a Bob Marley track with the number referring to the year of re-release. The garment has been removed from sale online and in stores."
Do try to keep up, we've already done this one on another non-related thread. Shame on you for not trawling through pages of utter drivel to find that out. Do Scousers say "Ninety Six" or do they insist on hanging out every sibilant to make it sound more like "Nayntee Schhikshhhhh" Has to be one of the worst accents there is and bearing in mind the stiff competition from the Scotties, Paddies, Geordies, Brummies and of course Cockneys it is some feat.
