yes basically it makes you appear as though you are elsewhere, as if your pc is in say usa so you can access things you can't in the uk many online, but you should get a trusted one, it's worth paying for one so it's encrypted servers, i wouldn't trust a free one

City don't have any streaming service, you have to buy it from whoever we're playing and it's not available from all clubs.
