Season 2 EP 6 of The Crown.

All about how Edward and Mrs Simpson almost walked Hitler into the country. Brilliant episode.

A biologist signs up for a dangerous, secret expedition where the laws of nature don't apply.

Well talking to mrs and she's not bothered about vikings if it's meh plus if it's more about ragnar's sons then that wiffs of milking the series.

I thought it was better than the prior series overall and picked up a few good things. I just felt it lost itself up its own arse on the finale. I was looking forward to the ending based on build up and felt it was very generally, as described up its own hole how it did it but it left what it thought was an huge cliff hanger but actually it just was a stupid break point.

is it the way they film these things now?

I've noted on a few things this long gap in middle. They needed a proper dramatic conclusion not what they got. something has to conclude and a new thing arise rather than basically end in the middle of where they did.

It is with Vikings. When they extended the series from 10 episodes to 20. Said it before it's a bit of a misnomer calling it one series with such a gap. Just bloody call it a new series and as you say write a proper series finale.

That's where it lost me, it was pretty good as 10 episodes but the writing got ****e and the series strung out.

I thought this series they coped with that better. Felt like they were prepared a bit more writing wise and didn't string it out but then they could do that with a 6 month gap to write and film half way through lol

It's a kids/young teenager book so silky doesn't bother me.

The book had weaknesses I'm hoping he's removed... concept was good but has been stolen for other films before this one got made lol

Watched David Brent on Tour, cringe worthy comedy at its best. Very reminiscent of The Office.
