I think it’s about getting players who play well together and who compliment each other more than individual skills. Pontus is a better player alongside Bartley than he is Cooper. Alioski with Saiz and also Saiz with Alioski... I didn’t rate Bridcutt but O’Kane had his best games last season with Bridcutt alongside him. This is where managers like Warnock come into their own in this division they bring in a few they know and they build around them, they play to their strengths...
