Depends on arrival/parking. On that note, as it's the town of your in laws do you know anywhere decent to park seeing as all the roads near the ground are closed in the morning? Preferably near a decent boozer too

Can’t help on the good boozer, but try and park in the car park behind “Corkhills Wigan” and that is a 5-10 minute walk to the ground, either on the road or down the canal path. If you come in on A49 from M6, you should get some site offering car park, before you hit the stadium complex. Not sure if you can park in Robin Park on match days as that’s a shopping complex.
