Was that Archbishop Ramsay? Or Alf Ramsey who won the World Cup. Liverpool would have been nowt without Shankly and Paisley. Or Man Utd without Busby and Ferguson.
Agree with the draw, watch ipswich on t.v. a few weeks back they didn't look anything special except for a young lad who plays wide left, cant remember his name, but by hell has he got a turn of pace, just hope he doesn't get the chance to show it.
I won Greatest Loser 2018 last night from Fat Club. 4lb off my target. Almost 4 stone gone in total. The signs are there. No one else is expecting it but I have a good feeling this will be a regulation 4 nowt to us. You Ull.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Hernandez rested tonight after unexpectedly starting and playing an hour or so on Saturday. Give him chance to recover and be ready for a bigger game on Saturday. It makes sense I think.
Same team as vs Norwich save for Mcgregor coming in and I'd probably start Campbell and bring Hernandez on 2nd half.
Good luck tonight, get 3 points there. Time to score for Bowen and Hernandez continue too. Clean sheet is impossible though, i'm afraid so. Let's imagine away win 2-3. Probably it's good time to play against middle-placed teams like Ipswich and Norwich who can't promote neither get relegated.
Almost identical. Lost 3stone 10 lb. Didn't have to do too much though to be honest, a change of medication and a reduction of nights out.
I wouldn't be so sure, We've scored Just one goal at home in 2018 and that was against the 10 men of Leeds on 13th January, been best part of 7 hours since we've scored on our own patch. Which hasn't looked like changing given we tend to play with such negative 532, with the midfield made up of 3 ball winning defensive/holding players so have 8 defensive minded players on the pitch... Even at home. Flip side is we haven't conceded many of late (5 from last 10) This has dour 0-0 draw written all over it, much like our last few home matches.
I think most City supporters'd be happy with a point. We do have a tendency to let in very early/late goals though so anything could happen...
Weren't the late goals more under Slutsky? If we play ok first half we have a decent chance to get something.
They were pretty much entirely under Slutsky, under Adkins the only significant late goal was a Fulham equaliser in the 85th minute.
