Ok Elland. Train arrives at 18:50 so I can go straight from station depending on where you two are. Got booked in at Clayton - hear others are there too Can also meet in Wetherspoons for breakfast on Saturday.
Cheers matey. Boris is at Cheltenham most of the week, so disappointed he can't make it but fair play its on his doorstep. The invisible man evidently coaches kids football on Saturdays so can't make it. So just me to come and disgrace me sen. If you don't have a spare left don't worry, think Davy also has one. But would appreciate the ticket please.
Yes know wakey and you. Met in beer garden for this fixture last year. Will keep an eye out for you both.
Skip to 5 mins in. You can spot a young Boris in the centre and he ends up with Rocastle. Harder to spot me but in a burgundy jacket, dark hair bouncing and spinning up and down near the centre. More of the same in the Peacock Saturday, no doubt
Sorry to be pedantic but it's The Alchemist and the one in Trinity centre is better than the Greek Street one. Friday night will be rammed and the Totty will be top notch. Never tried the food so will take Glories word for it as he's mates with RB. If it's a date night as suggested then you could try Friends of Ham on New Station Road...great beers and cold cuts etc. The Ox Club is another great place and they have some brilliant Pilsner Urquell from the adjoining Bierkeller style bar called Headrow House. For Indian follow Glories advice and eat on Mill Hill as both those places are pretty good. Although there are plenty of other alternatives dotted around the city where you will be more than happy. For Thai then Thai Aroy Dee is the most authentic and very reasonably priced...you can even BYO, sorry Elland alcohol only not soft drinks. For something a bit more off the beaten track then The Reliance on North Street is recommended but don't mention you voted for Brexit in there. For cheap beer then head to The Angel, a Sam Smiths pub just off Briggate where it's around £2 a pint. If you want to drink through the night then there is the Victoria Gate Casino in the town centre and Napoleons on Kirkstall Road both open 24 hours at weekends. Paid for Totty can be found at Winston's which any taxi driver will take you to and again is open 24h. If anyone needs more info please ask away.
Probably because I've never understood the value in such places as they exist solely to relieve gentlemen from their cash and nothing else.
My mate used to live with a girl from there and personally wouldn't have paid tuppence to look at her tuppence. Nice to get the inside track though.
I sincerely hope none of you lot travelling to Yorkshire from the south Friday night and early Saturday morning pick on any Wall fans travelling up for their match at Barnsley
