    hey guys,

I'm in the midst of moving house and i'm off work meaning no net connection until next wednesday. so yeah.... this sucks

In othe news... it's good to see suarez doing well and Bellamy... as long as his wages are cheap... also.. have we signed that other uraguaian yet? I'll look back at this thread when I'm back online(I'm currently at my old house packing **** up)

in other other news... Floors 2 go are a bunch of ****s who took £1250 off me then had the cheek to go in to administration - majorly pissed about that

Get one of them USB net connection things. If you can afford a new house you can afford one of them, you shirker.

its a new build meaning I can't get a decent connection. Virgin media are coming out in the next few weeks to set up an ASDL line... ASDL, I thought that went out with the ark. I'm going from 20mb/sec to 2mb/sec.... It sucks!!!

I can remember 2MB ASDL being on tomorrows world and thinking wow!

As for floors, always pay for purhchases on credit card, they take the hit if the **** hits the fan. we auto pay £1000 a month onto card, and then use it like a debit card.

PS what you doing buying a newbuild? Christ I sound like my dad!

Hope your house move goes well Bozz!

I did a house move a couple of years ago... Luckily for me, we only moved 100 yards down the road so it was quite easy!

Good luck with the house moving.
As for the possible new signings, this defender, he's supposeably enormous and is incredibly talented. According to some is the real deal, and could be a snip, sometimes it helps to shop around. Liverpool looked at the options and the prices and decided to take a punt on this lad on Suarezs' recommendation. He's not a bad player to get a recommendation from.
Bellamy, now this is risky if there is any truth in it, on the plus side, he comes in on a free, and provides pace and experience, and he's a brilliant trainer, on the downside, he's got a tendency to be disruptive and they will have to hide the golf clubs. Can Kenny channel him? He tended to work well with people that gave him a pat on the back ie Martin O Neill, Mark Hughes, Kenny is that sort of a manager. I reckon its 50/50.

Bozz, if it was a Barclays Connect card then you are fully covered - just as if you had used a credit card. Don't know about the other banks though.

ASDL - do you have a BT landline at the new house? If so I'm sure you can get far higher speeds out of BT using their homehub

Bozz, I know a trick to tell if you get the same protection on your debit card as your credit card...

I've got an application for that... just send me your card number... oh, and I'll need your real name and 3 digit security code too!

Apologies to Bozz for taking this off-topic...

... I did actually used to have a little bit of fun with 419 scammers- it's amazing what you can get the scammers to do when they think you are going to give them money- or how long you can string them out for. I Wish I knew what I did with some of my photos- found a few and uploaded them to photo bucket.

One guy claimed to be a barrister in Nigeria named "Patrick Viera[sic]" - I don't know why he chose that name... I pretended to speak little English and pretended to think he was the Arsenal football player and refused to send any money until he sent me an autograph promising to dedicate his next goal to me. I he kept swearing he wasn't THAT Viera- but I kept on insisting no money if he didn't... eventually I received this to a fake e-fax service I set up:

(I told him I lived in the South American Republic of Valhalla- even photoshopped a fake passport with Jackie Chan's photo to send to him)

I had one guy going for a long time- got him to join the church of Takagi- oh I got a lot of good stuff from this guy. In case you're curious- Takagi was a legend in F1- famous for spinning in every race he entered... he was a cult hit on one of the F1 forums I used to go on... so naturally I named my church after him... I got him to send me this photo:

I was baiting him with several different nuns- got him to internet marry one of them. Wish I could find the filled out internet marriage certificate. Then finally to join the church- to prove he was loyal I demanded he kill his lawyer by overdosing him on beta carotene to make it look like accidental death... I even got a death certificate from him:

(at least, I think the death certificate was from him- it might have been from a different bait... but I did get him to put beta carotene in his lawyer's coffee nonetheless- looks quite a realistic death certificate- hope it isn't a real one he somehow found access to)

So I welcomed him to the church with this really sloppy picture: (I think I made this onsome make-your-own-church billboard website)

The best photo of all though I can't find- it was from another guy I got to join the church- I had a photo of him standing on one leg holding a sign saying "Ivanna Liksumnutz" (the nun who initiated him into the church)- pouring water on his head (to baptise himself) and sticking his tongue out to show he had no donkey meat in his mouth. If I find it I'll have to post it- it was hillarious.

Haven't done any baiting in a long time- but those were fun days... have kids now so tend to not do such silly things anymore.

/sorry for going on a tangent Bozz.

Here's a small crop of the "standing on one leg photo" I found that I used as an avatar on another forum:

Don't know where the original is.

If you want a real laugh go to 419eater.com there are some people on there much better at baiting scammers than I ever was.
