Well, I never witnessed Nicola being rude to women. I have not seen Les bully academy kids. What I have read is, that someone on a forum keeps telling us its so. They should be allowed to defend themselves if these accusations are true. That is how I feel.
Well, I need more atrocities before I join the hate gang. Its a job where its hard to please and easy to offend.
More than just guys on a forum saying it (and I didn't say Reed bullied kids, I said he let it go on). Glad you think bullying isn't bad enough

From the beginning I tried to do my best every single day, I tried to give back to the club and tried to represent the club with pride. Some moments we managed this, some moments we couldn’t, but we have been living a difficult season for many reasons. The manager is the face of a lot of decisions and actions, but I always tried to put the club first with my technical staff and the board behind me. I am really happy with the hospitality of the people of Southampton and the respect you have shown me in every moment during this experience. The fans have been behind us even in difficult games and I am really grateful for your support in those situations. I have to say thanks to Ralph, to the board, to Les and Ross, all my technical staff and all the Southampton employees. Also to my players, who respected me in every single moment. I feel so sorry to leave the club in this situation, but when you don’t get results I understand the decision the club has to take. I wish everyone all the best for the rest of the season, I have enjoyed an amazing experience and I know that Southampton has everything required to move forward. We March On. Sincerely, Mauricio please log in to view this image
Glad you think bullying isn't bad enough _________________________________ Yeah, bit old fashioned, I see too many victim wagon jumpers to be swayed too easy.
Cab you link to any evidence? Having a job that's partially involved in customer services and evictions I've seen enough accusations of bullying when staff are just doing their job for me not to hang sonebody over rumours ive not seen any foundations for. The u18's we're bringing through now are certainly off a higher standard than they have been.
That's a bit different isn't it. You are evicting people as part of your job, they are bound to be upset about being evicted whether they deserved it or not. This is staff a member bullying youngsters
Like I have said before when I have put stuff here. You don't have to believe me and I don't give a **** if you don't. But too sinply say not dealing bullying isn't enough for a person to get sacked is pretty ****ed up
Exactly this. Sometimes you have to just go on trust, as it would be inappropriate to put a lot of things on here. You can decide to go with that or not. For what it's worth, I have very similar information to Beef, and from different places. So, as I say, up to you whether you trust that or not.
For anyone who has suffered a serious case of bullying. Don't wait to be part of the 'me too' climate. Push for action now, stand up and be heard.
Then its resolved. People don't just walk away if there's a real complaint. I've known parents of kids who didn't make it, and they blamed everyone else. Sometimes, you have to look closer to home.
See even you worded it better. My main issue is simply just brushing it off and wanting "more atrocities" etc. I am talking enough bullying that the player leaves despite being very very highely rated.
Who said they didn't make it? They're at other premier league clubs now (and one is on loan at a Championship club and doing well).
