    You may laugh but a council building lease is next to nothing, in terms of outlay and weekly rent.

    Set it up and you can get a very nice return worth thousands

    Not really. Depends what you want/need

    Some people buy a house and rent it out. I otefer to buy some that need work but make instant collateral.

    If you had enough money for a house and you bought and rented it, sure you have a monthly return, but your money is spent

    Use the money to make money then buy 2 houses renting one using the other to create collateral. Rinse and repeat and if all goes well you have multiple properties and can semi retire ala moi or just do stuff for ****s n giggles

    I own three properties. But mine are real. I don't need you giving me advice on them. So if you are this amazing business man, how come you had to go into "teaching"? Was it Maths you taught (I think I read)? I'm an integrity engineer in the oil business so I have a masters in Mathematics. Maybe we can discuss some?
