Bizarre wasn’t it. Hardly like the guy was threatening him when he had family in the car or something... just a bit of light goading. We’re lead to believe it’s out of character blah blah but really, if he reacts like that to such mild provocation it’s hard to believe this was a once in a lifetime occurrence. Frankly they should ban him for life from tv for being a dull annoying windbag lacking any meaningful insight... irrespective of his penchant for gobbing on passers by.
Spitting is worse than smacking someone IMO. It shouldn't matter what age or sex the victim was either , spitting is spitting and for a well paid ex footballer to react to a bit of slagging shows what a thick, scouse scumbag he is.
