That's where it starts, though - you chuck away leads or neutral positions, and then you start thinking its in your DNA, and then opposition sense the fear. Can't tell me that was Man U's typical late rallying character in that game. It was all Palace chucking it away from a position of control. Who cares about severance. He was getting paid a relative fortune to be the most stubborn and useless manager we have ever known.
Managers sign contracts...unless there are strong grounds (and being useless doesn't count) he will get a good severance package.

Pellegrino has suffered more abuse than the UK´s rubbish Government ministers. Quite how the beyond useless Foreign Secretary is not ridiculed the length and breadth of the country including inside football stadiums, which should be central place for satirising these incompetents, is beyond belief.
