not sure how "the man" can be sacked. Its not quite like that person who stick the finger up at trumps cars and got sacked in the US.

Now sorry but the same can't apply to carragher as he will be in breach of his contract with sky about behavior affecting their reputation

Its very clear if man was using mobile phone while driving he should get a fine and points. we don't know if he's got points enough to get a road ban as a result.

The punishment for using your phone whilst driving is a farce and we all know it.

Even the punishment for killing someone whilst driving is a joke as some have only got a fine ffs!!!

This is different though sadly as it's an employee employer situation.

a hacker gets more prison time than a ****phile nowdays which shows what a joke the legal system is.

 

TBH if i were leaving anfield say and saw garry neville I think i might give it a bit of way hey garry we beat your lot but i'd not have thought to film myself doing it. It must be a generational or twat thing.

As for fine or jail for killing someone when on a phone and driving is a matter of who charges you for what and who did you hit.

If you hit a rich kid the cops will do you for endangerment causing death and manslaughter. Hit a nobody and drive a bmw and you probably do only get a fine

We don't know anything about the driver. He could be a driving instructor, taxi driver, lorry driver, a copper, etc. All those would see sacking as a reasonable action for using a phone whilst driving.
