Woke up about half 8 cos the bird had work and i wanted a nosh, got that, she went, Then i made a latte in the saucepan, smoked a nice joint of weed, tucked @Matth_2014 back into bed, made 2 hock ham and grilled haloumi manwiches with oven bottomed muffins and relish.

    now for another ziggy

Partly. But I think your appetite diminishes a bit with age anyway. When I was young I could eat and drink for England,

I don't have a set diet. I just eat when I'm hungry. Some days I put away thousands of calories, other days next to nothing

What more do you want to know Comm?
The only real rules to creating a "Manwich" are as follows.
    1 - Creating a Manwich.
A "Manwich" can contain any ingredients, differing breads, sauces and fillers and sides are all down to the eater.

2 - Manwich Portions. "when people see it they will know"
A Manwich is the Yorkie bar (not for girls) of sandwiches, and so should be sized and filled accordingly.

    Example;
A typical sunday Manwhich for me would be...
4 slices of thick white bread - then whisk 6 eggs with a bit of double cream and dip the bread and fry it (eggy bread) or (french toast for any fuknuts out there)
    6/8 rashers of bacon
2x sausages - not ****ing richmond either ffs<doh>
3rd of a block of mature cheese cut into slices- or enough to cover two slices of eggy bread.
    2x fried eggs
    sun dried tomatoes
    bit of rocket
    hollandaise sauce.
Sides; 2x fried tomatoes on rocket and feta

If made correctly is a minimum 6" tall Manwich.

    its supposed to look uneatable
its supposed to be so big it puts you off
    its a manwich

1- slice open bread - drizzle olive oil inside - close again and Wrap tiger bread in foil and heat in oven for 8/10 mins on 200c

2- Get your sliced Pestrami, Chorizo, Spicy salami and dice it up together and put in a bowl

3- Open the plum tomatoes and take out 2 smallest ones - slice in half longways =4 long slices (put aside for later)

4- The rest of the tomatoes and juice goes in the bowl with the pestrami and salami - cut the tomatoes a little to release the juice and then take out the tomatoes leaving just the juice and pestrami etc- add salt pepper and garlic and half an oxo cube - mix and heat in microwave for 45/60secs and leave to rest.

5- take bread out put on plate youll be eating on (it gets messy) add sultanas and jalepenos to your your pestrami salami and chorizo/tomato juice - heat for 20 secs and start loading the tiger (All of it!)

6 - pinch the goats cheese balls and add on top of the meat/juice layer - the more the better!

7- take the 4 long sliced plum tomatoes and heat for 30 secs - adds on top of goats cheese layer

8- if you have any juice left and you shouldnt. but if you do pour it on

its sloppy and not something you wanna eat in front of a date but thats one beautiful bit of munch i can tell you lads

Great band in their day, saw them a few times but now Ian Hunter has had his sunglasses surgically removed I doubt they would be the same. :)
