    Hugo
    Aurier, Dave, Jan, Rose
    Big Vic, Sissoko
    Moura, Eriksen, Lamela
    Kane

A few changes but it's nice to be able to freshen it up without losing much (if it all) quality with perhaps CM aside <whistle>.

Moura needs to start, simple as. Lamela will be fresher than Alli and Son, the latter really ran himself into the ground Wednesday night, while even though Alli may be getting good assist statistics, his overall game hasn't been great for a while. Dembele doesn't seem to be able to maintain top performances if he has to play in quick succession, I know that Sissoko is hardly anyone's favourite player but he'll be completely fresh and his drive from CM is probably his best asset... Might be his only asset <laugh>

“Sissocko” and Moura could be the perfect match. Let Sissocko win the ball, run a bit, then pass to Moura before he inevitably does something daft with his final touch. <ok>

Results today mean that 3 points tomorrow become ever more crucial. Win and we can move above the Mousers. Also I refuse to go to that ****hole in Fulham with the possibility of that shower of ****e being able to go above us. 5 point cushion or i'm not watching the game. My heart can't take it.

Sorry to sound pessimistic, but Chelsea will almost certainly take 3 points in that game. Our record there is abysmal, so we need as big a cushion as we can possibly have going into that game. You just know that when it matters, they will perform, just like the Spam do against us.
Matches against sides outside the top 5 are all must wins. We literally cannot afford to drop any points, otherwise we face the possibility of top 4 being out of our hands, with Chelsea and City still left to play.
Must have the mentality of challenging United for second, not just settling for trying to get in the top 4.

To be honest, I think it’ll be rose playing like rose today. Sadly.

  10. That Eric Dier interview yesterday was quite enlightening as regards Poch's expectations from his players in terms of commitment to the cause and their attitude on and off the pitch.
My reading of that would be that the DoF is treading water pending a departure in the summer. So when or if he gets a look in over the next two months will be interesting.

Couldn’t care less if he never plays again. But the question is, who does when Ben needs a rest?! Does he trust KWP to play there? I’m not so sure, sadly.

  12. Agree 100% although not sure that Ben needs a rest this week. 4 days since Juve and a week off after.
I would certainly start with him - as much as anything because I want the strongest team on display today. :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Rose starts. ****ing knew it.
Can’t believe Moura and/or Lamela aren’t in the starting 11.
Well, at least we’ll see how Wednesday has or hasn’t affected the team.

Good lineup that, fullbacks rotated and Dier given a much needed rest. Great to see Wanyama back in midfield.

Shame Lucas isnt starting again but its understandable as Poch is breaking him in gently.

An absolute MUST win game again. Performance wise we have been excellent but we have to be more clinical.

    COYS !!
