I think whoever did this was sloppy. It reads like a job done by a bunch of amateur's - for the trail of mess left behind a couple of bullets to heads would have been cleaner.
Yeah +1 here for the 'frame Russia' theory They've done it before, but would be pretty stupid to do it again. If Russia really wanted him dead, they would have just taken him out or hired some goons to do it for them.

I take an interest in politics and whats going on in the world right now. That includes all the latest stuff on the latest weapons systems the Russians are or have developed. All scary stuff. None of us really know what both sides have. Russia is a poor country that spends a fortune on its military. The US is massively richer with much bigger R&D budgets. I'm not losing any sleep at night mate.
What would be the point in that? The killed his whole family and Putin talked about traitors being poisoned this week. They not only wanted him and everyone around him dead, but they wanted people to know that they did it, too. As Tel suggested above, who the **** would want to talk now? There's currently a big investigation in America into Russian interference. It's a message.
