    Had gluten free sausages, three rashers, fried mushrooms, hasbrowns, fried egg and gluten free toast.

    If you recall on a thread there were a few of complaining about ibs and acid reflux??

    Well me not eating bread and not eating spicy food has made me feel loads better.

    So have tried gluten free bread and sausages

    Had one slice. The rest went into the bin!

    Feel like death after getting smashed last night.

    Just had a nap for an hour or so. Had one of those grand Big Macs today.

    Got a kind of fish stew involving chorizo, cod, prawns, mussels saffron on the go so not just him at all.

    Warning up with one or two (five so far actually) Kronenbourg red before enjoying a nice bottle of Shiraz and banging the Mrs.
