Honestly doubt they give a toss as long as they stay up and bank another year of Premier League cash.
If they end up going down there'll be no coming back for them. Serves them right for taking the piss out of us taxpayers...
It was utter sh*te until they were reduced to 10 men. And very nervy and unprofessional at the end. Brilliant goal from Eze made it all worth watching though. They just shows it in full again - real class.
This is true of course, was just expecting more performance wise after the way we started to play the other night. 3 points is the biz though
It's a win and 3 vital points in what, when we look back, will have been a pivotal season I'm not convinced by Holloway but our financial meltdown has necessitated the playing of the youth and in Manning Smyth Eze I am sure many of us are happier in many ways in the Championship now than when Bosingwa and the mercenaries were making us a joke in the Prem
I didn't see it, of course, so I will take your words for it that it was poor. I am nevertheless right chuffed with the 3 points
Just saw the pictures from West Ham (Stratford), I should think that the owners will be staying at home for the next game, otherwise they'll need quite a lot of body guards. Eze is different class. Goal of the season.
It's beginning to look like 3 from the bottom 4 as a 4 point gap has opened up between Bolton and Barnsley. We're 13 points clear of the mire...
13 points above relegation should be fine. Would be very pleasing to make up the five point gap to Norwich.
A poor showing overall particularly from the midfield but great that Eze got his goal and we got the 3 points that probably keeps us up. If only Smith intended that layoff for the goal
Think we're taking the ugly bird home in the taxi today. 3 points is all that matters. Not much entertainment but that's not coming to LR until FFP settled and we can move on. Great reception for Lee Camp who responded with a wave. Very pleasing to score from open play though the 1:2 had an element of luck after Smith miscontrolled the ball into Eze's path. One to forget apart from the points which surely means it would require a very freaky set of results for us to be in danger. Now time to track down Mr Smug in Boots!
Missed the stream as we had guests. Other than Eze’s goal, it seems that I did not miss much. But three very welcome points, plus a clean sheet.
