It could, maybe should, be 4 already. I almost find myself hoping it’s a 4 or 5 goal loss today because at least there’d be some chance we might escape the drop if Pellegrino was sacked.
If Pellegrino isn't sacked after this farce then he's unsackable. He must be holding Les Reed's son hostage or something.
It's catch 22, because the one thing we have in our favour is our GD. Losing is bad enough, let alone taking a GD hit too. But at the same time, the chances of staying up surely have to increase with him gone.
I'd like us to give some serious consideration into becoming the first PL team to sack a manager at half time.
It's the same every time we go forward. Pass, pass, pass, cross. Headed away or into keeper's gloves. It's pathetic.
Carillo needs bloody support. Our crossing has been utterly **** and at the moment he's just making up numbers.
Just to say, Mike Ashley didn't want to spend a penny in January due to wanting to sell up. But Newcastle still managed to get themselves Kennedy (and a new goalkeeper). Even they had a better January window than we did. (I'll also say that Newcastle were 2-0 up against Bmouth the other week too, so, you know...)
This is the first time where I'm thinking this is the players fault just as much as the manager's. Today they are a disgrace to the club. No effort, they don't care and they are just strolling around.
I don't even blame Pellegrino anymore to be honest. Should've gone months ago and hasn't really gotten worse than what we saw before the new year.
