The two matchday threads are now merged. It'll get a bit disjointed, but it'll be better for tomorrow.
Aye, sorry Chazz, it was a close run thing, but at the end of the day, Driff's technique was better, and he swallows.
I wish we could make 11 changes , I'm still bitter about Tuesday and don't want to suggest picking any of the ****ers
If you're correct Chazz, Ehab's decision to take Meyler out of contention for a place either in centre mid-field or at right back may well prove to be a key factor contributing to our relegation this season, just as Phelan's decision to choose Marshall over Jakupovic for several months before Christmas may well have been a decisive factor which ultimately led to our relegation from the Premiership. Meyler, for all his deficiencies in the passing department, has always been a hard tackling figure in mid-field which has been a defensive sieve for much of this season, and also provides leadership and aggression which this team sadly lacks. That he is sitting in the stands is a sad commentary on how low the Allams have sunk.
Ugh I’m going to boycott this hybrid abomination. After everything Chazz, a local lad, one of our own, has done, you turn on him. It’s shameful. Although I’m looking forwards to see how Kemp’s MDT is mind.
Hope we show some fight today , even if we lose , that was the worst thing about Tuesday too many looked like they didn't care enough - banker 1-1 draw I reckon
Well, living twenty-odd miles away from Narch, for twenty-odd years... It's like York - cobbled streets in centre, walls (though not as good as York's), some ace shops. Must have had zillions of churches; certainly some great pubs. But I got the piss taken out of us in the pub (Thursday), had two more football phone calls this morning, and now have to face the bastards as I go onto town for market day and supermarket. [I ****ing hope we win...!]
Nah. It is a dump with nothing to do. Ask that expert on pubs, nightlife, tourist attractions and shopping, City Man.
I mentioned someone I know had been down to see his son who had set up a business in Norwich and was impressed with the place. That was the lad who had the speedboats who you knew. He has seen more of the world and different places than City Man.
