Away support last night

Scunthorpe on a Thursday night when the game was on TV ! Would you?

Respect to the 1,000 fans who did , sang their hearts out and seemed to be having a great time.

What if Scunthorpe returned tickets. Had they decent support our allocation would have been reduced.

On a separate ticketing note, did I read somewhere Newcastle were reducing the size of requests for away tickets because of new EPL rules setting out the first 50% of tickets can be returned but the remainder must be pre-paid and non-refundable?

 

Was a class atmosphere, amongst the best I've been part off! The Ryan Taylor Over The Wall chant that lasted for like 15 minutes was brilliant, and the away end was rocking for most of the match!

Not heard anything about second part though.

 

Incredible atmosphere. Where were you lot standing? I was near the front so spent the whole game going mental and singing ' Ryan Taylor over the wall'. Class atmosphere .

 

How many away games have you been to now?

You'll find the away support always sounds better because we're all as one, whereas at home we have different sections of the crowd singing against each other and cancelling each other out. Something to do with the acoustics.

 

Probably be better this season with L7 coming over to the Gallowgate.
