The reaction of the Liverpool fans on social media this morning is so typical. It’s everyone else’s fault. The driver, his daughter, the motorway, no seat belts, he was goaded, the spit missed his target. As if “Jamie, Jamie, 2-1 lad” warrants getting a huge dose of germ-filled spit in your daughter’s face. Liverpool fans really are an obnoxious self pitying bunch.
