I've grown to love him, but only because of Brexit! He seems a bit of a stiff old sod, but may be he let's his hair down in private. Ask Mrs Ellers to spill the beans!!

    What is wrong with that?
I would rather my partner be friends with the Redwood family than the disgusting Dianne Abbott or the spy Comrade Corbyn or some of the horrid people that call themselves MP's

Sadly she doesn't even tell me that much (her job). Ex MP Andrew MacKay was cool though. He invited me to Houses of parliament. I had a fab tour. Shame he got caught up in the expenses sting. <doh> Weak slimy handshake.

That's not good. Problem we have is consecutive governments reducing our military. We are not a world power and people like Putin will not respect us. He doesn't care about us or what happens.
I think we can all guess where this originated and if proven we need to do something financially. He has elections coming up so we should do something. We also have a World Cup coming up. Personally I would boycott it. Our fans will be targets and most of the problems come via his regime. The boke is a muppet and needs bringing down a peg or two.

If the copper dies, it will a situation like the Libyan shooting of Yvonne Fletcher. Worse than the assassination of Litvinenco

Crook who was jailed for scamming £1million from NHS goes back to work... with the NHS
Shameless Deborah Hancox wormed her way back into a health trust job using a different name after being freed from a jail sentence for the IT fraud

      • Scheming Deborah Hancox funded a lavish lifestyle by fleecing the NHS of vital cash meant for the sick in a shocking five-year scam.
But the shameless crook wormed her way back into a health trust job using a different name after being freed from a jail sentence for the IT fraud.
Along with partner John Leigh, she bought a Jaguar car and homes in Dubai and the Lake District with cash that should have been helping save lives.
The revelation that she was then given a post as an Effective Use of Resources Officer has sparked fury.
She worked in the role for a year in Greater Manchester using the name Moshin.
Hancox, 48, and Leigh, 54, both worked for the NHS when they sold goods to the health service from their own firms at hiked up prices – pocketing £330,000 in illegal proceeds from £1million of sales, the court was told.
      • The insider said: “I am appalled that someone with Hancox’s history who served time in prison for stealing from the NHS could get a job at the NHS again through an agency.
"What she did was disgusting but the fact she managed to get back in is horrifying.”
Oldham East and Saddleworth MP Debbie Abrahams added: “This is shocking. I want to know how this was able to happen and have asked for this to be fully investigated.”
Hancox worked for Greater Manchester Shared Services, which gives advice to clinical commissioners across the region. It has offices in Oldham and Salford.
    who makes these jobs up
why are no background checks done

You're obsessed with Blair aren't you? He's an irrelevance. I wouldn't describe him as either.

It's the Remain campaign in Parliament that counts. Soubry is more influential than Blair.

Whilst, of course, you can’t run two simultaneous realities in parallel to prove these things, I suspect that I’d be less well off with Comrade Corbyn as PM than I will be as a consequence of Chairman May’s Brexit policy (whilst not enamoured of either).

You talk a lot about 'project fear'... when in reality you're all about 'project blame someone else'.

The government, and in particular those charged with bringing Brexit to fruition need to own this disaster... they have been uninformed, incompetent and ill-prepared - directly because they are so compromised on all sides by their own party's factions and interests.

Theresa knows she can't fulfil all the different aspirations for Brexit so she ends up saying nothing or spouting empty slogans like 'Brexit means Brexit' and the constant efforts to shove the blame on to the shoulders of others just illustrates the weakness of her position.

This government are are too scared of losing power to actually say or do anything that will rock the boat so we are careering towards March 2019 with no plan... literally nothing.

The fact you are still in favour of this **** show is frankly astounding. I would suggest that it's the people sitting back passively and trusting these fools to achieve anything beneficial for Britain who are more damaging to the well being of this country that any people who stand up and ask the obvious questions about what, how and why Brexit should happen.
