He didn't have the ball kicked at him from a yard, he slid in, missed the ball with his feet and hitting it twice with his arm instead, which stopped what looked to be a very good goal scoring opportunity, pretty blatant penalty imo.

with the Vertognen one, it should've been a pen but I think the blatant dive put the ref off.

He slid in and missed the ball, but Kane moved the ball towards his arm. Would say that was ball to hand and accidental.

The vertonghen hack on Costa though was the most blatant penalty you'll ever see. Spurs got away with murder with that one.
