Sanchez Watt was booked for kicking the ball away last night. Asked 3 time for his name, replied 3 times ‘Watt’. Ref booked him for dissent & sent him off as he thought he was saying "What". Called the captain over who explained his name was actually Watt, ref then reversed the decision.
TBH thats ok but it could even be better. If the found no evidence to support a charge then they should not say to legally support a sanction but rather player has no case to answer. However it is interesting in showing the outlook. they are seeking evidence to place a sanction not establishing guilt as in assuming innocence. Its almost as if its a disciplinary proceeding in HR speak following a course and no sanction applies.
True but I focused on the wording of : inspector found no evidence to corroborate the accusation" which is what I wanted to see in the FA one. It did not treat the accusation as evidence despite accepting the player believed what they heard. Even the part you quote is different in an important way... it states it found no evidence to support a sanction. Compared to: Having considered all of the available evidence, we consider it is not sufficient to raise a charge against Firmino. Clear difference.

speaking of which.... went down pub last week with the "kids in work" played some.golf drinking game. scots lad piled in and down all but first larger in one. the loud mouth did likewise weve this phd girl out of naples over. a chemist... **** me... she must be maybe 5'4" and slight and she absolutely hammered the lot of them. ****ing beast. all sorts of drinks and shots... slammed the lot.
