... and Minerva the Wizard ... when I got banned by Babs it was Sky that started a thread on the Leicester board about my leaving that was hardly a tribute and demand for justice ... just normal Sky piss taking ... so your melty bleating on here about him going because of lack of support from me is like most of your posts ... I'll judged, I'll informed, bordering on the banal and really ... just about you ... again

 

Is the site really slow for everyone?

 

Just read that 'piss taking' thread. I think you missed the point of it. 1 it was so your fellow foxes knew and 2 it kept your name and situation being discussed. Was it sombre and respectful, no of course not - that's not how we roll. But he said he disagreed with it and claimed he'd argued against it. Your a grudge carrier on the quiet but I don't see why you've taken against sky for this.

 

I think he took pity on me because of the trauma you caused me with the threats of legal action.

 

Shame such a good lad has been forced off the site.

I've had ding dongs with Sky for many years but he's been around forever and I've always enjoyed conversations, laughs and arguments with him. Ridiculous he's been more or less ousted.

The site is turning to ****.

 

I’m still not sure why he was targeted. I’ve had run ins with him too, mainly because he supports such a twat of a football team, but take football out of the equation and he was a good lad with a good sense of humour who contributed to the banter. The dynamics of the board have changed recently. Shame.

 

Bambi is one of the densest posters on this board, along with most of the Leicester lads, tbh. It must be something they put in the water up there to keep the general population stupid.

This isn't the first time that Bambi (and his kin) has completely missed the point of banter, and gone wading in like someone had just shot his family.

Part of the problem with this board is that there are some of us on here who began by treating this board as an adult's bouncy castle, using it for fun and games, meaning no harm, and just out for some decent banter. Then, there are the others - a surprisingly larger group than I had imagined, as you always encounter miserable bastards in life - who either are too stupid to know that we are engaging in banter, or are far too hateful and filled with bitterness and abject self-loathing to ever find anything funny.

I put Bambi (and Stan) in that latter group.*
