Totally agree, just pointing out that Willian was kept ahead of Salah for a reason, he has a long history of playing games for successful teams which is partly why they were successful

Don't be stupid, he is having a great season and would have helped most PL teams this year.
What I am saying is, if he had shown anything like that ability a few years back he would still be at Chelsea (could still be soon).
It's amazing what a few years maturity can do for a player, that said, do you remember how good Mane was last year?

 

How do you know his poor showing at Chelsea wasn't down to him being badly coached or that his then manager undermined his confidence?
It's like there's a massive difference in the Ox, better coaching and better treatment by the manager and his staff makes all the difference.

You really need to read what the Ox said about himself before making any judgement on his game, he knows you are his last chance so is trying like he did when younger.

As for Salah's time at Chelsea, they didn't play a style of football that suited his game, LFC do and evidence is there every time he plays for us.

He actually said he now feels he's got a manager that has 100% faith in him. Which is either a massive compliment to Klopp's man management skills or a massive dig at Wenger. I'd say a mix of both.

I'd accept your point about Salah, but when there's a pattern of Chelsea leaving their best young players go and not giving them a chance (Salah, De Bruyne, Lukaku etc.) then I feel the argument becomes really weak.
