We were Never going to beat them. 2-0 is about right. More important games coming up.. Very nervous..
Would have made no difference to the overall result. It says something that I am content with a 2-0 defeat!
I know mate. I've got a soft spot for you lot and that was before Rafa got involved. I hope you stay up and I think you will
A draw for us was hopeful at best. Thankfully as nufc.com quite rightly mentions, no real damage done to our goal diff, no disciplinary/injury issues reported, although Lascelles nearly come a cropper so all in all not that bad. It's still 4 points from 9 from our last 3 games which we would have took 4 weeks ago . It does make the next two games super important though, 3 weeks between them as well which will give slim jim time to have his thighs rubbed better a bit more!
Feelings mutual. Would love to see Liverpool top of the tree and champions again. I was 2 the last time you won it!
I’m giving serious thought to going to watch the falcons regularly. You can stand up.. drink beer and there is respect on the pitch.
I only went to the falcons ground once for a charity NUFC match but drinking in the stands was great. Also the food seemed a much higher quality - fresh hog roast rolls and suchlike. Never been to a rugby game which is daft as it's only a couple of miles from me.
I'm thinking something similar. Might rekindle my old interest in the NFL, maybe go with the new Vegas franchise for ****s and giggles. Maybe spend a little me time on the golf course, or down the gym/pool. Just give up on all this **** once and for all.
Have you seen the last two threads he started? I contend he would be no loss. Also I have met him - he is nowhere near upper class enough to be allowed in to watch Rugby Union. Rugby League at a pinch. Edit: (Lord Jonjomort - my apologies. This was obviously aimed at Albert. I have never met you but doubt you can be less classy than Albert and your contributions to the board are always wittty, concise and well-thought out)
Woke up early this morning to see Palace two up against Manchester United (hereinafter Utd) and us down to 17th place. Dozed off again and when I awoke we were back to 16th after three goals for Utd, the last one in injury time. Hopefully that will have knocked the stuffing out of them.
I've lived in Warrington since I was 15, so I dished plenty of **** out to the manc contingent during our glory years. By Christ I've taken some serious **** since. I'm starting to see just a gleam of hope with what Jurgen Klopp is doing. Good luck for the rest of the season
Stoke got a fairly tough next few games as well Man City (home) Everton (Home) Arsenal (away) Spurs (home) If we can do well in the Southampton and Huddersfield games, we should hopefully be able to pull away a bit
