Think I've reached a new low point in terms of wasting 90 minutes of my life. About time the PL introduced a "bye" system, where tiny clubs like us can just say "no thanks" and chalk up a 1-0 loss, save everyone all the faff and hassle of playing an actual match. Think how fresh the players could be? No need to a winter break, just split the league so you only play ACTUAL matches against the other 14. I know, I'm a genius.
Joselu and now Hayden coming on to change the game. Sad state of affairs. We need Ashley out by the time the players start training next season.
Rafa doing his usual pre-meditated substitutions. Can't wait for this season to end. Not entirely sure I'll be back next time out.
Not if Ashley's here. There's just no point. If you can't have even an ounce of hope in terms of what happens on the pitch, there's no point at all. At the moment we can't even hope to be entertained. Hope you don't get beat isn't really a thing.
As the commentator said, it's been like for like. Pouchy is sadly right, the subs are pre-meditated and there's basically no plan b. Well, not strictly true - we resort to plan b of 7-3-0 formation when we're in the lead.
For the first time in my life I switched off at half time and decided to watch a cartoon with my kids while nufc play. That says I’m done with it!
