The like was in sympathy! Our glorious nation seems to fall apart when we have a bit of weather!

 

Wierdly, its easier getting about today than usual. Roads have cleared but drivers still not about so there ks very little traffic too!

Would have had JWP in for Redmond but Sims starting gets a big plus from me.

 

Great to see Sims on that list! After hos impressive cameo appearences you get the feeling this is his time. Especially after his injury, bet he cannot bloody wait to get out there and impress.

Well that's unexpected. Not convinced that's a front 3 that'll work with Carrillo, but will certainly be interested to see. Also, no idea who plays where in that front 3!

 

I am presuming Redmond left, Tadic middle and Sims right

 

Sims is 2-footed, so they may swap about, which would be nice.

 

My guess, Though i would personally play them the other way round.

 

Why drop Gabbi when he scored? Why drop Prowse when he has been one of our best players and fighting for the shirt?

 

Not overly keen on that team but we'll see what happens.

 

4-2-3-1 and pleased Sims was rewarded for a good substitute performance. Hopefully he can supply the crosses for Carillio or upset Stoke with his direct runs.

 

I can see the logic in 'dropping' JWP today - Stoke may be one of the teams where set piece delivery is least important. The way to beat them is quick passing and running, not direct crosses

 

Well it isn't a cautious line up and there is pace in there to test Stoke's defence, so fair play!
