Struggling to find anything positive about last nights performance. Usually one or two have a decent game but we just seemed to play like 11 individuals who had never met before. Also the substitutions at HT were obviously to correct errors from the initial team selection. So a bad day for the team and the coach. It's fairly easy with hindsight to see why this season has proved to be a disappointment. The question is why wasn't it foreseeable back in August when Green, Bartley, Taylor and Wood were not adequately replaced. Let's not forget that a fair chunk of money has been spent this season in attempting to build a squad capable of reaching the play offs and also in handing long contracts to players who were obviously considered good enough at that time. Now we will see if Radz is ruthless enough to say enough is enough with some of the players who have massively let him down. From now until the end of the season is massively important because if we continue as we are then the negativity will continue throughout the summer. There needs to be some harsh words, some teacups and pizza flying to get the performance levels where they should be. Poor play can be excused but failing to close down to stop crosses, not biting into tackles or making necessary fouls on the half way line are all unforgivable. These are the basics of being a professional footballer and at the moment we're not doing them.

Not really, it’s been obvious from the start, and if he sells us for a big profit after we are in the prem I would not begrudge him My criticism is he’s not achieving it and is making similar mistakes to Bates et al

There will always be worse case scenarios than us Mike. Thats little or no consolation to the long suffering Leeds fans knowing were breaking even (maybe) and going nowhere. There will be no change in our fortunes without the intervention of a billionaire owner willing to stump up 50 to 100 million for players to rectify the raping and pillaging of the club for the past 15 years. No matter how much we all want Rad to be that owner, hes clearly not in that league. Question for me is how long is it going to take for him to realise it and the jobs too big for him and his wallet
