When I thought about doing this thread, I was going to divide the numbers the other way, giving a figure as a ratio between zero (bad) and 1.0 (decidedly dodgy). It gives a better idea of the range of scores. Either way, to quote Tim Minchin, we all “fall within a bell curve”. I think Mods should automatically get an uplift of likes, since the “play nicely” posts are never going to be appreciated. An extra 50% should do it...
I thought it would be interesting to see who has the most closed threads. You can work this out by seeing who has posted a completely Barmy thread and chilcs comes along and puts a padlock on it. And the winner is..............................................Yep, you won.
By my completely subjective memory of these things, @Saints_Alive has the best ratio of any poster on here, due to his policy of making us all love his posts by reminding us of our favourite music.
I just thought I should mention....... it is not just Chilcs as you put it that closes threads. There is a few others of us that closes threads on a regular basis.......
True Beddy and not forgotten. I will give you a like for that. Just remember chilcs closing some of the more recent ones.
I would also like to add....... that since I have been a mod there’s been at least three hackers that have come on the forum to exert their revenge for being banned from other boards. By getting on to the mods board and causing havoc. My posts and likes were completely wiped out as was others about two years into the forums outset. Also again about a year later or so. Not to mention a more recent attack.
