Basically they had income of 23m and spent 43m. They have negative working capital (massively so). The accounts have only been prepared on a going concern basis because the owner is prepared to continue to sub them. They already owe over 37m to the shareholders. So yes in a real old mess Edited to add - what happens depend mainly on the owner (with an eye on fair play rules, but I recall they look at 3(?) years for them so one year not in itself an issue). If the owner wants to, they can cut back a bit, continue to be subbed by the owner and you won’t see a dramatic change. If not ..........

I think it was saying they've lost £30m over 2 seasons and have to give their projections for year 3 by the end of today. They need to lose less than £9m to avoid an embargo but as far as I can gather they are expecting losses of up to £20m for season 3 with the purchase of Jordan Rhodes and some others to be taken into account. Not good which ever way they look at it.
Ok then they are in trouble on fair play rules too, I was looking at their underlying business which is fcked and relying completely on the owner to put more in as needed
Expecting Forshaw to come back in as he's been training since Monday. Glad we're playing away tonight as to be honest wouldn't really fancy freezing my nuts off down at ER.
I live a bit too close to boro for comfort. No snow last night or today bar a few flakes. Main roads i’ve been on are fine. Can’t speak for the roads you’d need to come up on, but here It’s just cold and windy... for anyone considering the trip.
