I FEAR that what some view as conservatism is mainly an inability to score

I`m an optimist, and we have the players to attack and win the game - but will he play more to not lose, than getting after them ?

 

I think it is the players being too conservative that you have to fear. Mauricio may well set up to win, but I think it is the players who might lose their nerve if a single goal up or heading for a draw near full time. By that time it will have nothing to do with the manager, but all to do with the confidence and courage of the players.

lightweights. I played for Bristol Temple Garage in the Avon Downs League Division 2 in worse conditions back in 1997

 

I've stood and watched nippers of 9 and 10 years old play in a horizontal snow storm. Don't know they are born now.....said she, wrapped in a blanket on a sofa whilst clutching a whisky and ginger.

In my view the match ought to be postponed if things don’t seriously improve. Having 0000’s of supporters on roads this weekend seems a bit stupid?

 

Should be fine tbh. Supposed to get rain and highs of 5/6 tomorrow so can't see it being an issue.
