The Einstein Visa is for those that are exceptional in their field, basically. Presumably she managed to wrangle one for her modelling work, as I think it had been going quite well at the time. Bit of a stretch really, but I think that the questions about her early work in the US being on a tourist visa is more questionable, to be honest.
Surprised nobody has mentioned Jared Kushner being allowed to sit in on high level meetings in spite not having the security clearance to do so. Just a reminder that Liam Fox was jettisoned as Defence Secretary due to his his "friend" Adam Werrity regularly sitting in on high-level meetings without the relevant (or, in this case, any) security clearance...

Certain cultures (non-debatable due to their religions ?? ) want to get their dead done and dusted far quicker than what the UK generally tolerates. Fair enough. Assuming the post-mortem workload is constant for / non-slacking by coroners, if denizens from such cultures are prepared to have taxes put on them alone so we can increase the resource pool of coroners around to accommodate their demands, I am happy with that.
