Great thread first up Altior and Samcro will both win on the snaff on wednesday so the double is a wheelbarrow job but Napping one of them is boring so i'll give a few interesting ones: NAP: Monalee (Fehily is the best jockey in the weighing room patient and classy, horse jumped super after a fall. He'll have to beat Presenting Percy but he stays up the hill and will we be a nice 4/1 ish winner on wacky Wednesday. LAY: Might Bite. I don't trust or like this horse. In a hard run Gold Cup I don't trust his bottle. He won a weak KG nearly losing out to a handicapper on the line. Won't stay under pressure and won't win. Lay him all day long. EACH-WAY: Paloma Blue (supreme, 20/1): Ran a nice race last time. He's an improver and with the ever patient 'dirty' Davy Russell likely to be in the plate I can see him picking off horses up the hill and running into a place and maybe, maybe mugging Getabird on the line. Yeeehhhhaaaawwww!!!!!
Elliott Stable tour: Cracking Smart is disputing favouritism for the Albert Barlett Novices' Hurdle. The six-year-old pushed the Willie Mullins-trained Next Destination close in a Grade One at Naas in January an a rematch could be on the cards. "He goes for the Albert Bartlett. He ran very well at Naas behind Next Destination," said Elliott.
After all the hype and looking very impressive on the track thus far, It'll be hats off to you Ron in a big way if Samcro comes up short at Cheltenham, I've heard Mick Fitz, Matt Chapman, Robbie Power and Davey Russell talking the horse up as long as 12 months ago. If what Amanda says is right and he comes up short....serious kudos to you both! Me personally....I'm in the Samcro camp!
Good job I don’t lay horses- I actually had a pretty good day today! Thanks to the lovely Lizzie kelly and paddy Mullins!! (Which I know you put up - so boosted my confidence )
And some of my multiples are still going! Howver only need Cause Of Causes Or Apples Shakira to win and I’m all good
