Don't think so. Joe and Elstone are meeting with business leaders in the city in two weeks to outline the plans. They wouldn't be doing that if they had already been revealed.
This was found in an old office at the site of the new Everton's new stadium, the owner must have been one of those appearing 5 minutes in, maybe that's why they chose a site close to the river for the new build.
You can’t count mate...... The ‘couple of weeks’ wasn’t meant to definitive to a day btw, as I don’t know the exact date.
I’ve no idea, at some point shortly, but the breakfast meeting business presentation wasn’t what was being referred to.
I don't think anyone thought it was that as you're not in business in Liverpool are you mate - which is the only way you'd have found out about the breakfast session. I haven't read back so don't know if you mentioned any specifics but I'm guessing whatever you know will come out after [or later on] 16 March
I had heard about that in fairness mate, but I’d not imagine that would not be the appropriate place to launch the provisional design pics and outline the clubs plan to cover the cost increase. There’s been a big supporter opinion survey around the stadium of late, so I’d imagine they’ll launch the details to the fan base first, and then open it up for feedback. There’s also the option that I’ve been fed a pile of crap lol, but I’d be extremely surprised given where this came from.
I can't imagine design details will be revealed. tbh I was bemused when I heard about the meeting as it doesn't seem the right platform for any revelation about the stadium. Maybe they're looking for investors for the extended project
If tobes has hinted at a big reveal then I reckon the loan is sorted. The rest of the area needs developing though and that maybe what they're touting at this meeting.
You can add Schneiderlin to him as well, £50m the pair ffs. The former is utter dogshit, the latter couldn’t care less. Meh.

So the land was sold on the cheap......“The sale of land for other purposes, such as housing, would have resulted in a greater valuation, but the land is being sold only as a sports facility. A legal covenant will be put in place to ensure that the land cannot be used for any other purpose.” Surprised it took LFC so long to catch up with Finch Farm
Liverpool are contributing to improving the area rather than Everton asking taxpayers to fund their training facility while their "billionaire" owner uses it to launder money
'Catch up with' .... Melwood's superior to Finch Farm, imagine what the new place will be like. Finch Farm gym .... please log in to view this image Melwood gym ... please log in to view this image
