The name change is even easier to sort, they already advertise on billboard, newspapers and the radio just change the Tigers v ... to Hull City v ... They have to produce a match day program so why not put Hull City on the cover. Social media could be changed within a day, if they wanted to.

I was going to put that i am surprised and shocked that people have taken what the Allams have said for true, but in actual fact after years seeing exactly the same things happen i'm not. Petty vindictive lying ****s they are, but not daft.

The branding that should never have been allowed to be changed in the first place and will take only minutes to sort on all social media platforms and the website. It’s a we will pretend to action these changes so they don’t get on our backs for a couple of months. There are still plenty of other things on the list to also put right such as: reopening west stand upper, open a proper ticket office again, cash turnstiles, adding £5 onto a ticket on a match day, scrap zonal pricing and go back to prices on a stand by stand basis.

While the Allams remain as custodians of the club NOTHING will change: next season they'll have trousered the last of the parachute payments and flogged the last of the assets, then they'll be off. They'll ve leaving any changes for the sucker that buys us or, more likely, the administrators.

They were never going to get a new badge on next seasons shirt, it’s way too late now.

As others have already said, they will leave the club in such an awful state relegation is nigh on certain. I would rather go down this season than have another season of trying to avoid the drop. And the silver lining will be they leave the club in a worse position than when they took over.

Of course this won't matter to the sycophants who will still think their tenure as custodians was the best thing ever. You know who you are South Stand

    Really?
They seemed to be leaving it late the other year and managed it (unless I’m remembering wrong)
Unless they’ve actually started the run on next year’s shirt what takes so long?

That's true if they were to go along with all the fan consultation bit they said (in fact they could drag it out for years) OR they could just put the previous badge back on, sure there is time for that.

Umbro make kits for over a hundred clubs, everything will be signed off months ahead, they’ve got thousands of different kits that all need delivering around the same time.

That would obviously be quicker, but there’s no way they’re going to use a badge with AFC on it.

When Cardiff changed theirs mid-season did they just update it on everything but the kit, and then do the kit in the summer?

I’d be happy with a stop gap position for a season by using the existing badge but just with Hull City instead of 1 904. Easily possible in time if there was any real desire to do what fans want
Then consult ready for the season after

This keeps being said, 'the protests bring them to the table'; do they ****. They don't give a ****. They use them to their ends in a better way than the protesters do. Not to see that is denying the reality.

The balls were a repeat and soon dealt with, no great deal from the targeted viewing public.

The whistles were ineffectual as a recognisable protest, simply adding to the TV atmosphere - it sounded great on the box.

I don't think any viewer was even slightly aware of any proposed, or failed, pitch invasion.

I think that if I'd have been involved in the organisation I would have been disappointed with the result of all three elements. But I wasn't and I'm not.

To say, 'if the protest was humiliating for anyone that is [sic] was the protesters, as they felt the way it was carried out was pathetic', is simply playing further into the hands of the Allams and was out of order in that committee scenario.

To say the actions of the protesters was 'brave' is chuckle-worthy.

The make-up of the committee, the control of the committee, the manipulation of the committee, all made these daft comments inevitable. The subsequent name calling simply adds another tick to the Allam boxes of divide and conquer.

The Trust attending the meetings has always been a mistake; attending Monday's the biggest and most obvious mistake, so far.

The dynamics have changed again. Big words of 'victory' and claims of turning points, or whatever. For who?

Elastic deadlines, needless promises of needless consultation. More inclusion, more exclusion. More name calling, less understanding, less tolerance and calls for action against innocents. What a clusterfuck of intelligence this all is.

Perhaps you're right, Dennis; more balls were required...

It was name-checked on BBC breakfast the next day (audience 2-3 mill?)
It was discussed on Sky (audience 2-3 mill?)
It dominated pre match coverage in the HDM and on RH the run up to the game.

One ball or one thousand balls, no whistle or nine thousand whistles, attention was drawn to the mess at our club -it was objective achieved.

And yet we get a Blackpool fan on this very forum, trying to drum up support for changes to the EFL in respect of club owners, and whilst he name checks Leeds as being a club in turmoil, fails to mention us.

Twitter every week is full of people stating they hate our club because they're not going to get any concessions for their kids/OAPs when they visit us. It's only when various City fans point out why, and how it impacts us every week that they seem contrite and say they didn't know about the reasons behind our protests.

Personally I liked the protests, their aim is to cause annoyance to our owners, but please stop kidding yourself that anyone else pays any attention.
