Thought balls to it im off for a walk in it. Face is fooking freezing but I'm warm as hell. Lovely biting wind .
Current weather advice from the Met Office ..... Southerners - should not venture out of their house under any circumstances and not make any journeys unless they are of major importance. Northerners - time to get your big coat on.
It's a bit of GoT scenario really. Southerners - King's Landing. Obviously never seen snow, have no ****ing idea how to react other than with apocalyptic proclamations. Northerners - Winterfell and above. Winter's been here non-stop since the Roman times.
A gilet is for shaving with, a body warmer well it speaks for itself, a kagool keeps the rain off (strange name though)
'95 or '96 was ****ing cold. Temperatures went below my anti freeze protection level and cracked the engine block on my Mini Pick Up.
Not summer tyres in winter? Seen loads of people out ill prepared with summer tyres on getting stuck in the snow. I wonder why they don't have these very same issues where winter tyres are compulsory during seasons when temperatures hover around freezing. Funny that.
