Germany's great, I used to live there and I still visit. It's a cliche to say they are efficient and well organised but most cliches are cliches because they have some basis in truth.

If one country has to "run" Europe then why not the Germans for the reasons above? Would you rather the Italians or the French?

 

Wrong again Archie the UK sensibly didn't sign up to Shengen so we still have control of who we let in.
