There are people in this World that complain to Universities because they mention the word white when describing snow on social media. Forcing the University to apologise for their offensive language. These people exist along with people that play down organised religious terrorist attacks comparing the number of casualties to slippery conditions. These sort of people are usually vegetarians ...
I feel empathy with the Students of said Uni tbh. Snow is snow, there's nothing to be gained by describing it's colour.
I hear you gas and I am fully behind the sensible decision taken by many UK schools to not use the phrase "black death" when teaching the History of the plague that wiped out an estimated 75 to 200 million people in 1340 s .
