    there was a theory that it was to ensure no static but think it is more to do with ensuring it fully resets to original atate - but hey i just know it seemed to work.

    its discharge but there can be batteries on boards etc so the 30 seconds.or.so is about the.thing being fully off and 2/3 mins is about static.

    ooh i was on right lines then.

    The particular things i was working on were regularly abused by the staff & regularly turned off whilst running which strangely seemed to cause problems<doh>
    The auto evening updates when auto switch on/off occurred caused similar problems but i still blamed the idiot staff :emoticon-0100-smile.

    That's why Klopp has a policy of buying exactly who he wants or no-one at all. It's not worth wasting tens of millions on someone who barely improves you.

    Moshiri has done the opposite policy. Despite allegedly being a billionaire he starts pissing his pants when transfers over £25m are discussed. The money he's wasted on Klaassen, Pickford, Keane, Rooney, Sandro, Tosun (£110m+) is a #joke.

    he is struggling to adapt to the PL apparently though since all he gets is 5 min cameos at the end of the game thats hardly surprising .
