Good idea about buckets of balls in pub. Even some in west stand threw some. There was a ****er steward actually looking like he was going to go and throw them out.
The Allams did not create the apathy and as we see now,the bickering between fans mate, they just take advantage of it.
They have created the bickering. There was never divided fans before the Allams shenanigans. I'd have rather never had Premier league football than have this toxic backbiting.
The Apathy amongst our ranks has always been here, you know it,I know it. Yes,the bickering is bad but looking from the outside in we must be seen by others as being one of the easiest clubs to tear apart right now as fans argue who's been going the longest whilst the ship takes on more water.
The video of the protest is the one doing the rounds online - not a video of some pundits talking pre-match.
Pretty good photo please log in to view this image please log in to view this image Fair play to Dicko. Got better and better.
I know what you're thinking there but it wouldn't help the Allams as the value of their asset would diminish
This is something that is a bit pathetic. Why do some people puff their chest out and claim to be holier than thou super fans. But that' something that' s not the preserve of City fans. Some on here think that the day the Allams go the stadium will be packed to the rafters !! I don't think so it' a pipe dream!!
Utter rubbish a picture ofbummers sat at home in his underpants watching the game on Telly, with a hurt look in his eye is much more powerful.
Agreed and crazy that we don't seem to be doing anything to keep him beyond the summer. Same with Greegsy, one of the best players of the season so far, although with his comments this week, he could have signed off his own exit; Out of contract at the end of June and yet to be offered an extension, the 36-year-old has “not got a clue” where he will be plying his trade next season. “I’m not the man to ask for that,” explained McGregor on Thursday. “I’ve no idea.” And how has that uncertainty left the Scotland international feeling? “You’re probably used to it here, to be honest.” “You don’t go out playing thinking ‘When are they going to talk to me?’” said McGregor. “I talked to them in July about it and they said ‘Get the transfer window out the road’ and then talked after the transfer window had closed and they said speak in January. Now we’re in February, so... But it’s not affected me. What’s going to happen is going to happen.” Back to last night, another great banner seen in west stand, "Kids & Babies charged full adult price in this stand" which did appear to get camera attention at half time, just a shame not being head line news.
Why would that be the image shown? I’ve never suggested that should be the case. What 100% WOULD have been much more powerful an image, shown around the entire world, much to the distress of the Premier League chiefs, massively raising the profile of the plight in the process, is a stadium completely and utterly empty save for away fans when playing Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea et al. It would’ve been interesting to see an interview with someone protesting at the game asking “if you hate the owners so much, why do you continue to line their pockets? You do realise that by giving them money that you’re directly endorsing their ownership?”
That's fine but then you are implying that the people who did go should have done more in the way of protesting You stay away and do what you want but you have no right to tell others who go to protest in a certain way
It says a lot and seems to point to the belief that the Allams really have no interest in the future success of the club - you would be tying up Larsson & McGregor if that was the case. Who interviewed him?
