Me too. Conte, with better backing and better transfers, has all that is needed to make us a long term top team. He gets performances from teamwork, he improves all his players, his tactics are good more often than not. All he needs is to get his head in the right place, don't be so stubborn, and use ALL his players more often. The Board needs to wake up, get more football savvy and listen to the Manager. Stop the need for instant gratification and work to a long term plan.
I was just as naive as most of you are now. There is no long term plans guys. Like I said managers are more like players . they decide when they want to perform and when they want to move on. Time up for Tony. He has decided already.

Exactly, everyone from Bod, Drog et al were underwhelmed by Tony and hailed me as some sort of soothsayer. One draw against underwhelming Barca - Tony is back to last season level. NOT!! 10 days ago RA was going to fire him and he was acting as if he wanted firing, and the team performances and morale were at rock bottom, or close to it. It looks as if some kind of an understanding has been arranged between all parties, players, Manager and Board. Only thing I was ever against was the behaviour of Conte and the Board, both of who were being childish and unprofessional. Both have within their skill sets the ability to correct the dumb behaviour. IF they do, then it's a good fit, providing in the future both correct their failings and work together. I'm all for that.

Sorry hit wrong button as I was saying you post **** ,english does not seem to be your first language I don't know if you have ever been to a game as you post all through the match while only seeing highlights due to working late. You also make a complete dick of yourself by making up stupid names for players and assume our manager Antonio Conte or Tony to you actually needs your help or advice . You then tell proper long serving and in some years suffering fans you know best move on and grow up or get your carer to to help you to compose a decent post
