Will be a tough game, my thoughts. Bull McCoy Winfield Tunncliffe Foster Ainsworth Lewis Donnelly Grant Beavon Benyoun Subs Harris - Ainsworth Ibe - Benyoun / Beavon Betsy - Grant Harding Johnson This is my opinion, as I think ,bring the subs on around 70 mins to add some pace, Yes I am going to get slated for this but Rendell really does not do it for me. Each to their own I guess
I don't rate Foster anyway but there's no point having such a right footed player at left back, he won't contribute anything going forward so why not have Leon Johnson there and make the defence a bit tighter. I still think Beavon and Rendell is the way to go with Benyon on as an impact sub late on. We've seen last season Rendell is a good finisher if given good service and I don't think the stick he has received is deserved seeing the terrible service he received in the games I've seen him in. However now Lewis is back the midfield will be better which should help him out a bit more as hopefully there will be less long balls and more balls to his feet. My team: Bull Mccoy, Winfield, Tunnicliffe, Johnson Betsy, Lewis, Donnelly, Grant Beavon, Rendell Subs: Sandell, Bloomfield, Harris, Ainsworth, Benyon
bull mccoy winfield tunny leon, betsy lewis matty b grant. beever benyon. subs sandell donnelly ainsworth harris ibe.

This game would sorely tempt me to play three centre backs. We all know what happened last time at Huddersfield and I for one do not want a repeat. BULL, MCCOY, SANDELL, JOHNSON, WINFIELD, TUNNICLIFFE, LEWIS, AINSWORTH, DONNELLY, GRANT, BENYON. subs: BETSY, FOSTER, HARDING, BEAVON, RENDELL.
i think playing lewis is vital, without him we have no defensive cover. i think we need to play 4-5-1 to stop us being outdone in midfield
I think that's the best plan so far Rocky. We could be in for a hiding again I'm afraid. But it will be good to get it over with early so that GW knows what he's up against this season.
I quite fancy a result on saturday I think after two convincing defeats and the 6-0 the team will be determined to win and huddersfield might not particularly regard us too highly. Might be wildly optimistic but I at least reckon a point on Saturday
Ron is right, Huddersfield are 'one of those' teams who will always be up there in this league. My brain says 2-0 Huddersfield, my heart says we can get a result. CMON THE BLOOS!
