To think we could have got Pantillimon (loan) Kirchoff and Anichebe all for nowt. All 3 would walk into this team

The problem is wages. We'd only be able to pay them a ha'porth a week and a portion of chips in gravy. <doh>

On the rare occasions Kirchoff and Anichebe were actually able to walk. Let us at least remember these players accurately.

I really don't get it. It's not like M'Vila has signed for bolton, a mix of class and usually fit. <laugh>

No idea why he hasn't gone to China/America/Australia for the slightly easier payday. This is madness. He'll get eaten alive.

Cause i said it is, and thats my opinion.

Not only is he the best midfielder we've had for years (id have a fully fit Kirchoff ahead of Mvilla anyday), he's gone to one of our relegation rivals for nothing.
Yes he probably wont play a great deal, but how do we know that his injury problems aren't behind him? Lets face it, he wouldnt have played any less than Mcnair and Williams.

No it says on the chronics headline getting a dig as per normal - you are entitled to your opinion which I agree with as ability wise he is one of the best we have had but if he had been with us this season how many games would he have played. In my opinion I don't think he would have been in double figures so it would have been another wage for little or no return i.e. Rodwellesk

How longs a piece of string? Who knows how many games hed have played, maybes all of them or maybes none at all? Hes going to Bolton for no fee at all so i think we should have at least agreed a pay as you play deal with him.
It will be intersting to see how many games he plays for them because he'll be a weapon in this league when fit. Our defence could and would have been solid with him sat infront of it.
The fact that hes gone to a team fighting relegation with us is a kick in the teeth.

    0. It's taken him 3/4 of the season just to get a trial. He's been nowhere near ready to set foot on a footy pitch

He is. Kazan on their way to going bust by all accounts aren't they? Lost tons of players with value for nix by not paying them and voiding their contracts. Yann was one. Love Yann me. Better then the Hoff imo, Always chose the correct pass which is why Yann's pass % was in the 80s and Hoffs was in the 60s. For all I loved some of the Hoffs long passing, for every one that came off three were leading to us losing possession. Yann very rarely lost possession. Class act

I heard he was better than anyone else on the pitch last night until he was hooked in the second half
Bolton maybe trying to protect him ??
but I can't see Bolton offering anything more than what Sunderland had
it could be just a stepping stone until fully fit (again)
