I need to find another new impartial news channel. BBC/Sky have agendas.
First we had 'despite Brexit' , then 'Substance' the new buzz word is 'detail'. Everything re Brexit is now 'detail'.
No one can do a speech without them saying 'detail, detail, detail' it is so overused it's become comical.
It's funny as I used to enjoy watching Sky News but now you can actually see they have an agenda re Brexit.
Just today a report said 'Sky obtained a document from the Dutch government' <laugh> another one of these 'leaked documents'?
That was followed by a story of the Eurostar and a new route to Amsterdam. This should have been such a good story for people wanting to use the route yet the awful ginger Sky presenter Sarah Jane questions were all about Brexit. "how will Brexit effect the service with the government not giving any 'Detail' on Brexit Future and the government in a mess,/in-house fighting blah blah blah. The European spokesman for Eurostar looked embarrassed. All he wanted to talk about was a great new connection for commuters. When he tried to talk about this, she hit back with more Brexit rubbish.
All this 'remoaning' will only make people more determined.

Probably the best looking bird I ever went out with was from Sutton. Awful person but so out of my league in terms
Perhaps they could just provide some details or at least give people the sense they have a clue what they’re doing two years on.

Another rather funny government miscalculation today. Although the cost of social care for the elderly clearly lost them a majority at the last election, the issue hasn’t gone away and they want to start discussing it again. Some bright spark had the wizard idea of getting Damien ‘No calls for the next ten minutes Deidre, I’m busy on the computer’ Green to pretend he is interested in this stuff and go on the wireless to talk about it - he’s not part of the government so it’s safe and surely everyone’s forgotten that he was sacked for lying, right?

Wrong. Sarah Montague spent five minutes asking about his behaviour during which he stuttered, stammered, tried to evade questions and generally behaved in a very guilty manner. Even on the radio you see the sweat pouring off him. When they did turn to social care he had nothing new or interesting to say.

    My how I chuckled.

They have but people then say they want 'details'.
Example: if the government said it was increasing security at ports, the anti lot would say details? If they then said they would create 500 new jobs for security, the response would be 'details'. If they then said an advert was in the paper for the 500 jobs the anti lot would say 'details'. If a bloke started working at the ports in a new security job that he found in the paper.... the anti lot would say....You got it 'Details'.
I have decided that no matter what people do to try and make Brexit work there are many who just won't accept it and will try to stop it.

They are creating 500 new security jobs at ports? What are the details?

Got any real examples? For example could you tell me which sectors the government wishes to make trade deals with the EU in, so I can ask about the details of those? It might just be that my job depends on it, though I know it’s very presumptuous and uppity of me to show an interest and not just trust Boris Johnson, David Davis and Theresa May to look after me, beacons of integrity and competence that they are.

Over 50% of UK school leavers are now going to University.
Everyday we're told that we MUST import migrant workers due skills shortages in engineering, medicine, IT, teaching, science etc etc.
What the hell are they studying?

    LAB CENSORSHIP call
Labour MP demands clampdown on embarrassing stories about his party
Jacob Rees-Mogg lashed out at Labour's Clive Lewis saying: “Newspapers will not always be right but they must be free."

LABOUR frontbencher Clive Lewis sparked fury after calling for a Press clampdown to stop embarrassing stories about his party from being published.
Attacking a story on the Czech spy ring saga, he insisted Labour must ensure “Leveson 2 is enacted” to prevent “lies” about Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell being written.
But last night leading backbencher Jacob Rees Mogg slammed the bid to muzzle the Press, insisting Labour figures should take legal action if they believe they have been smeared.

Clive Lewis, the member of parliament (MP) for Norwich South, sparked fury by calling for a press clampdown
He said: “Newspapers will not always be right but they must be free.
“Censoring them to stop the revelation of politicians’ links to foreign regimes would prevent voters from being able to make an informed judgement.
“If Mr Corbyn has been libelled he should sue, but if he does not, the British people will draw their own conclusions.”
Leveson 2 is the second part of a public inquiry to look into the relationship between the Press and the police.

Jeremy Corbyn is embroiled in accusations he was in a Czech spy ring
Ex-Culture Secretary John Whittingdale added: “It’s unthinkable for Government to exercise censorship.”
“There is clearly strong public interest in this story.
“Leveson 2 has no relevance and it would be unthinkable for any Government to exercise political censorship.
“There are libel laws available if there is no truth.”

We didn't find out because all the questions were about Brexit. Never had a chance to find out if you can smoke funny cigarettes and have a sauna on board.

I don't think it would matter if it was in front of you, you would probably ask for 'details'.

Yes the place where I work has just signed contracts with EU companies for the next 4 years.
I guess people don't like to hear this news as it gets in the way of 'Doom and Gloom".
Funny enough David Davis mentioned it in his speech today.
    Next.
